Ryan Singh



Meet Ryan, an Athletic Therapist at Recharge.

He works with a wide range of individuals, ranging from professional athletes to weekend warriors and everyone in between. Ryan utilizes a comprehensive approach when designing his rehabilitation programs for his patients to ensure the most efficient treatment. He has experience working with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Bison Football, Winnipeg Rifles, and many other teams. He was involved in the Canada Summer Games, USports Mens Volleyball Championship, Bison Strength, and has significant strength and conditioning experience.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys competitive bodybuilding, cycling, & spending time with family and friends. 

Paul Lubi


Meet Paul, an Athletic Therapist at Recharge. 

He graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology majoring in Athletic Therapy in June 2018, and certified in 2018. Throughout his university career, Paul has garnered over 1200 hours of clinical and field experience through his practicums with a variety of clinics across the city and at the University of Manitoba, university-level sports teams as well as high-school level sports teams mainly consisting of football, basketball, and soccer. Paul is a determined, motivated, and driven individual who is passionate about helping his patients overcome their diagnosis and help provide the confidence and robustness needed to return to activities of daily living/return to sport/return to work while providing pain relief and recovery. Aside from the clinic, Paul enjoys providing field Athletic Therapy Services during the spring and summer seasons for a variety of sports.


In his spare time, Paul enjoys the outdoors, travelling, motorcycles, cars, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Zayar Aliyar


Meet Zayar, a Registered Massage Therapist at Recharge Sports Therapy.


Zayar graduated from the Robertson College 2300hr MT program. He follows an assessment based approach to provide the most effective treatment for his clients and conditions they may have. He makes sure results are achieved by tailoring each treatment based on client's posture, problem areas and comfort with the techniques utilized. He is very proficient in Cupping Therapy as well as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation. Zayar has experience working with everyone from professional athletes to average joe's, as well as the geriatric population. At Recharge Sports Therapy he prioritizes engagement with individuals who have different lifestyles and activity levels to achieve their goals, whether it be getting back to sports or exercise; or simply to relieve stress and tension.
Zayar is a sport enthusiast and enjoys watching most games and playing Badminton, Cricket and Billiards.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys competitive bodybuilding, cycling, & spending time with family and friends. 

John Tadeo

Meet John, the Health & Fitness Specialist at Recharge.


He graduated from University of Manitoba's Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management.  Throughout his fitness journey, he strives to stay in tip top shape and guide others throughout their fitness endeavours. He has provided key guidance for many individuals whether they were looking for high performance training or if they wanted to simply lose a few pounds to be healthier or compete in bodybuilding or women's figure competitions. John also has plenty of experience working with a diverse array of individuals, such as those with physical impairments, cognitive impairments, youth, and the geriatric population. John is very knowledgeable and motivated to help people reach their fitness goals.

John loves to spend his spare time outdoors, play sports, and workout while ensuring he can be in the best shape possible and both inspire and motivate his clients and those around him.

Nolan Turnbull

Meet Nolan, The Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Recharge

He is pursuing his Master of Science (Kinesiology and Recreation Management) at the University of Manitoba studying womens heart health and frailty. Nolan spent his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Acadia focusing on helping those inflicted with chronic disease. During this time, Nolan assisted Fountain of Health™ as the Project Coordinator for a PILOT study relating to primary health care. Nolan has continued his goal of improving quality of life in Canada as he continues his studies and clinical practice. Nolan has experience with high performance athletes, those who have a history of heart attacks, strokes, neuromuscular conditions, arthritis, respiratory conditions, and other chronic conditions. He is devoted to creating better outcomes for people in Canada across their lifespan.

In his spare time, he enjoys caring for his reptiles, spending time with his friends and family, and staying active in the gym



Meet Anna, the Receptionist at Recharge Sports Therapy.

She is currently a student athlete at the University of Manitoba. Anna is hard working, motivated and a dedicated individual who is very passionate about helping others. She has demonstrated her strong dedication by being apart of highly competitive environment since she was 14 years old. During this time she has been able to stay on top of her studies, volunteer and work. Make sure to say Hi to Anna next time you're at Recharge! 

In her spare time she plays for the Bison Women's Soccer Team and also loves to go to the gym
