Ryan Singh

Meet Ryan (AT), he is the founder & owner of Recharge Sports Therapy.

He works with a wide range of individuals, ranging from professional athletes to weekend warriors and everyone in between. Ryan utilizes a comprehensive approach when designing his rehabilitation programs for his patients to ensure the most efficient treatment. He has experience working with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Bison Football Team, Winnipeg Rifles Team, and many other teams. He was involved in the Canada Summer Games, USports Mens Volleyball Championship, Bison Strength, and has significant strength and conditioning experience. Aside from teams, Ryan works with everyone ranging from youth, to the aging population. 

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys competitive bodybuilding, cycling, & spending time with family and friends.

Paul Lubi

Meet Paul, an Athletic Therapist at Recharge. 

He graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology majoring in Athletic Therapy in June 2018, and certified in 2018. Throughout his university career, Paul has garnered over 1200 hours of clinical and field experience through his practicums with a variety of clinics across the city and at the University of Manitoba, university-level sports teams as well as high-school level sports teams mainly consisting of football, basketball, and soccer. Paul is a determined, motivated, and driven individual who is passionate about helping his patients overcome their diagnosis and help provide the confidence and robustness needed to return to activities of daily living/return to sport/return to work while providing pain relief and recovery. Aside from the clinic, Paul enjoys providing field Athletic Therapy Services during the spring and summer seasons for a variety of sports.


In his spare time, Paul enjoys the outdoors, travelling, motorcycles, cars, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Nolan Turnbull

Meet Nolan, The Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Recharge

He is pursuing his Master of Science (Kinesiology and Recreation Management) at the University of Manitoba studying womens heart health and frailty. Nolan spent his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Acadia focusing on helping those inflicted with chronic disease. During this time, Nolan assisted Fountain of Health™ as the Project Coordinator for a PILOT study relating to primary health care. Nolan has continued his goal of improving quality of life in Canada as he continues his studies and clinical practice. Nolan has experience with high performance athletes, those who have a history of heart attacks, strokes, neuromuscular conditions, arthritis, respiratory conditions, and other chronic conditions. He is devoted to creating better outcomes for people in Canada across their lifespan.

In his spare time, he enjoys caring for his reptiles, spending time with his friends and family, and staying active in the gym


Health & Fitness Specialists


Taylor received a division 1 soccer scholarship and attended the University of Texas at El Paso and where she graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of science (Kinesiology). In 2018, she decided to go back to school at the University of Winnipeg and attend the athletic therapy program in hopes of becoming a certified Athletic Therapist in the future! Throughout Taylors soccer career she dealt with injuries and rehabilitation herself, which is what led her to find a passion in athletic therapy. 


Taylor has been passionate about health and fitness for many years! She is a certified trainer and coach. Taylor also loves training athletes of all levels and helping them reach their goals and get to the next level. 


In her spare time she likes playing soccer, working out, listening to music, and learning about climate change/global warming!



Meet Miguel, A Health & Fitness Specialists at Recharge 💪

Miguel is currently attending the athletic therapy program at the University of Winnipeg in hopes to
achieve his goal of becoming a certified Athletic Therapist in the future. He is a determined and
motivated individual that has always been intrigued by the human body and how it plays such a
significant and vital role in our everyday lives. His passion for sports and science, specifically human
anatomy and physiology, are both contributors that inspired him to focus and dedicate his education on
injury prevention, strength & conditioning, and rehabilitation of patients. Aside from the clinic, Miguel volunteers in coaching basketball varsity teams at the highschool level. 🔥

In his spare time, Miguel likes to workout, play basketball, go boxing, play the guitar, and spend quality time with family and friends.💥



Meet Zack, the newest addition to the Recharge Team 

Zack is an Athletic Therapy graduate from the University of Manitoba. Throughout his studies, Zack has accumulated thousands of hours shadowing in a clinical setting across multiple clinics in Winnipeg. He has also worked as the head student therapist for the University of Manitoba football team. Zack will be writing his national certification exam this November with the hopes of being a Certified Athletic Therapist. It is his goal as an Athletic Therapist to help individuals rehabilitate from injuries and be better than yesterday. 

In his free time, Zack enjoys playing sports and hanging out with friends and family. 


Strength & Conditioning Coach


Meet Zach, a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Recharge💪

He graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology in February 2021. Zach gained experience as an assistant for a law enforcement strength and conditioning program offered through the University of Winnipeg while completing his degree. Furthermore, Zach has worked as a personal trainer working with older individuals living with busy schedules and chronic illness and/or injuries. Zach is currently working towards becoming certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Zach has over 15 years experience playing competitive football among other sports such as rugby and volleyball. After playing sports and undergoing numerous injuries, Zach has developed a drive to pursue physiotherapy and is currently back to school to complete the remaining pre-requisite courses.

Zach has a deep passion for health, fitness as well as strength and conditioning. Zach enjoys working with a wide range of clientele. These individuals range from general population, high-level athletes, and those recovering from or working through illness or injury.

In his spare time, Zach enjoys playing competitive football, training in the gym, hiking, playing music, and spending time with friends and family.
