He works with a wide range of individuals, ranging from professional athletes to weekend warriors and everyone in between. Ryan utilizes a comprehensive approach when designing his rehabilitation programs for his patients to ensure the most efficient treatment. He has experience working with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Bison Football, Winnipeg Rifles, and many other teams. He was involved in the Canada Summer Games, USports Mens Volleyball Championship, Bison Strength, and has significant strength and conditioning experience.
In his spare time, Ryan enjoys competitive bodybuilding, cycling, & spending time with family and friends.
Meet Paul, an Athletic Therapist at Recharge.
He graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology majoring in Athletic Therapy in June 2018, and certified in 2018. Throughout his university career, Paul has garnered over 1200 hours of clinical and field experience through his practicums with a variety of clinics across the city and at the University of Manitoba, university-level sports teams as well as high-school level sports teams mainly consisting of football, basketball, and soccer. Paul is a determined, motivated, and driven individual who is passionate about helping his patients overcome their diagnosis and help provide the confidence and robustness needed to return to activities of daily living/return to sport/return to work while providing pain relief and recovery. Aside from the clinic, Paul enjoys providing field Athletic Therapy Services during the spring and summer seasons for a variety of sports.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys the outdoors, travelling, motorcycles, cars, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Meet Justin, a Registered Massage Therapist at Recharge Sports Therapy
A recent graduate from the Wellington College of Remedial Therapies. As a Registered Massage Therapist, he assesses and treats clients through an osteo-based practice with specialization in pre- and post- recovery, deep tissue, craniosacral, TMJ treatment, and soft tissue manipulation. Justin is a passionately driven therapist and continues to increase his knowledge, skills, and techniques to share with and treat clients. Justin works alongside his clients to achieve their goals and long term health plan together. He is well-rounded and can work with anyone and everyone to help increase their quality of life by reducing pain, stressors, and/or muscular tension.
In his spare time, Justin enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends, and enjoys working out to eat out

Meet Nolan, The Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Recharge
He is pursuing his Master of Science (Kinesiology and Recreation Management) at the University of Manitoba studying womens heart health and frailty. Nolan spent his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Acadia focusing on helping those inflicted with chronic disease. During this time, Nolan assisted Fountain of Health™ as the Project Coordinator for a PILOT study relating to primary health care. Nolan has continued his goal of improving quality of life in Canada as he continues his studies and clinical practice. Nolan has experience with high performance athletes, those who have a history of heart attacks, strokes, neuromuscular conditions, arthritis, respiratory conditions, and other chronic conditions. He is devoted to creating better outcomes for people in Canada across their lifespan.
In his spare time, he enjoys caring for his reptiles, spending time with his friends and family, and staying active in the gym
Meet John, the Health & Fitness Specialist at Recharge.
He graduated from University of Manitoba's Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management. Throughout his fitness journey, he strives to stay in tip top shape and guide others throughout their fitness endeavours. He has provided key guidance for many individuals whether they were looking for high performance training or if they wanted to simply lose a few pounds to be healthier or compete in bodybuilding or women's figure competitions. John also has plenty of experience working with a diverse array of individuals, such as those with physical impairments, cognitive impairments, youth, and the geriatric population. John is very knowledgeable and motivated to help people reach their fitness goals.
John loves to spend his spare time outdoors, play sports, and workout while ensuring he can be in the best shape possible and both inspire and motivate his clients and those around him.
Meet Manny, an Assistant/Field Therapist at Recharge. He is currently a student at the University of Manitoba in the Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management majoring in Athletic Therapy.
Manny is a motivated individual who is passionate about health and fitness. The desire to help others along with his passion pushed him to pursue a career in Athletic Therapy. He has helped many of his friends and family adapt a physically active lifestyle and achieve their goals since he was 16. Along with work and volunteering, he has also been the recipient of a scholarship award from the University of Manitoba for his academic achievements. Manny is hard working, reliable and always learning the best methods to ensure that patients get the optimal treatment at Recharge Sports Therapy. He is currently the co-head student therapist for the Bison Women's soccer team.
In his spare time, he loves to both watch and play soccer, workout in the gym and spend time with friends and family.
Meet Kevin, an Assistant/Field Therapist at Recharge. He is currently a student at the University of Winnipeg in the Athletic Therapy program building off of a Bachelor of Physical Education (Hons.) previously obtained from Brock University.
With his desire to blend the human body, his love of sports, and helping others into one profession, Kevin has accumulated 1000 hours of fieldwork experience in fencing, football, hockey, soccer, wrestling, volleyball, and squash.
With his diverse experience, coupled with Kevin's involvement in athletics as a soccer player for 10 years, he can provide a unique perspective of both trainer and athlete.
With this duality of perspectives, Kevin yields the ability to understand the day-to-day needs of his clients in a fluid manner. This can be observed through his work during sport-specific rehabilitation scenarios and his knack for addressing the non-physical needs of his athletes as trusted sideline support.
In his spare time, he enjoys engaging in parkour, pool, and gaming, with hopes of coupling his profession and passion in the Esports industry.
Meet Karr, the Camp Coordinator & Marketing Associate at Recharge.
He graduated from the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management. He focused on management and marketing throughout University, while also working full-time in the Print & Marketing industry. Karr also works as a Regional Sales Support Coordinator and is a key contributor in Business to Business marketing. Karr is reliable, adaptable, driven and seeks to find new, trendy and creative ways in marketing services.

Meet Anna, a Receptionist at Recharge Sports Therapy.
She is currently a student athlete at the University of Manitoba. Anna is hard working, motivated and a dedicated individual who is very passionate about helping others. She has demonstrated her strong dedication by being apart of highly competitive environment since she was 14 years old. Meet Tamarah, a Receptionist at Recharge Sports Therapy
Tamarah is a student in the Faculty of Science at the University of Manitoba majoring in Microbiology and minoring in Chemistry. Tamarah strives to develop her community and those around her on an academic and fitness level. Be it a supplemental organic chemistry instructor at the University of Manitoba, a dance instructor teaching the classical Indian dance form Kathak, or an instructor for competitive baton twirling at the national level, Tamarah indulges in these activities she is passionate about to offer children and adults a fulfilling experience.
