Ryan Singh
Meet Ryan, he is the founder & owner of Recharge Sports Therapy.
He works with a wide range of individuals, ranging from Hollywood actors (from titles such as John Wick, Ice Age, Stranger Things, and Marvel Movies), professional athletes, weekend warriors and everyone in between. Ryan utilizes a comprehensive approach when designing his rehabilitation programs for his patients to ensure the most efficient treatment. He has experience working with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Bison Football Team, Winnipeg Rifles Team, and many other teams. He was involved in the Canada Summer Games, USports Mens Volleyball, University of Manitoba Strength & Conditioning, and has significant strength and conditioning experience. Aside from teams, Ryan works with everyone ranging from youth, to the aging population.
In his spare time, Ryan enjoys competitive bodybuilding, cycling, snowboarding/skiing, & playing basketball.

Shae Carriere
Meet Shae, a Registered Massage Therapist at Recharge.
Shae is a Registered Massage Therapist who brings multiple techniques to the treatment room such as such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, sports massage (pre and post event), joint mobilization, deep tissue, PNF stretching, and trigger point therapy. Shae is trained in orthopaedic assessment and remedial exercise
Shae has had the pleasure of working with the Winnipeg Blue Bomber athletes and is excited to bring the knowledge she gained doing so to her treatments. As an athlete growing up Shae understands the importance of feeling your best during competition and is looking forward to being able to help others perform to their maximum capacity.
In her spare time Shae coaches Smitty’s Terminators U13 AAA fast pitch and also plays in a senior woman’s fast pitch league as a pitcher. She enjoys hiking, reading, spending time outdoors, and also makes beaded earrings.

Brenden Hope
Meet Brenden, an Athletic Therapist at Recharge!
Brenden graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He has worked with many high level athletes through sports teams including the University of Winnipeg Baseball team, Virden Oil Capitals of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League, Saskatoon Blades of the Western Hockey League, Greenville Swamp Rabbits of the Eeast Coast Hockey League. As well as coverage with sports including basketball, volleyball and wrestling. Brenden uses a integrated approach to treatments and rehabilitation with considerations of your daily demands as well as the sports and activities you enjoy. He has a main focus of hands on treatment while also complementing with ultrasound, electrotherapy, cupping and dry needling.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing recreational sports including hockey and slow pitch softball.
He looks forward to meeting and helping you achieve your goals!
Collin Martin
Meet Collin, a Registered Massage Therapist at Recharge! 💆♂️💆♀️
Collin utilizes a variety of techniques to reach the desired goal. From Swedish massage for relaxation to deep tissue to break apart stubborn knots. Other techniques include but not limited to pre and post activity sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and PNF stretching. As well as advanced treatments for postural alignment, and TMJ treatments. He looks at things from a structural point of view, and that is reflected in his work.
Collin comes from construction background (Roofing) and credits massage therapy for facilitating a long a productive career. Collin is an avid runner, who likes to competes in Half-marathon events. He also enjoys hiking, camping, and the cabin.

Paul Lubi
Meet Paul, an Athletic Therapist at Recharge.
He graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology majoring in Athletic Therapy in June 2018, and certified in 2018. Throughout his university career, Paul has garnered over 1200 hours of clinical and field experience through his practicums with a variety of clinics across the city and at the University of Manitoba, university-level sports teams as well as high-school level sports teams mainly consisting of football, basketball, and soccer. Paul is a determined, motivated, and driven individual who is passionate about helping his patients overcome their diagnosis and help provide the confidence and robustness needed to return to activities of daily living/return to sport/return to work while providing pain relief and recovery. Aside from the clinic, Paul enjoys providing field Athletic Therapy Services during the spring and summer seasons for a variety of sports.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys the outdoors, travelling, motorcycles, cars, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Yvonne Applewhaite

Yvonne Applewhaite graduated from Wellington School of Remedial Massage Therapy in June 2008, has a unique skill set, having been trained in Osteopathy, STAMINA Orthopedic Massage, RAPID Neuro-fascia Reset, as well as other experiences working with a variety of problems relating to joints and soft tissue injuries.
Yvonne, who is always looking for a challenge, is skilled and dedicated to providing excellent customer service; a hands on professional with high energy and results oriented in Advanced Orthopedic Massage, Pelvic Stabilization, Deep Tissue Release, Frozen shoulder, Hip dysfunction, Coccyx deviation, Sciatica/Pyriformis Syndrome, to name just a few. Keaton has graduated from the University of Winnipeg. During his university career, he has worked with a variety of different sports, including hockey, volleyball, basketball, and soccer. He is compassionate and eager to assist you in returning to your baseline, whether you are highly competitive or a recreational athlete. He is passionate about athletics and enabling you to perform your best.
Outside of the clinic, Keaton enjoys spending his time bouldering and snowboarding, as well as listening to music and podcasts, and spending time with his partner and pets.
Dr. Mehrdad Sadeghi
Dr Mehrdad Sadeghi is a Canadian Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor who graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine CCNM in Toronto.
He is also a registered member of the Manitoba Naturopathic Association. Before coming to Canada, he practiced conventional medicine in the middle east and eastern Europe for more than 20 years. Nolan Turnbull
Meet Nolan, The Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Recharge
He successfully completed his Master of Science (Kinesiology and Recreation Management) at the University of Manitoba studying women's heart health and frailty. Nolan spent his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Acadia focusing on helping those inflicted with chronic disease. During this time, Nolan assisted Fountain of Health™ as the Project Coordinator for a PILOT study relating to primary health care. Nolan has continued his goal of improving quality of life in Canada as he continues his studies and clinical practice. Nolan has experience with high performance athletes, those who have a history of heart attacks, strokes, neuromuscular conditions, arthritis, respiratory conditions, and other chronic conditions. He is devoted to creating better outcomes for people in Canada across their lifespan.
In his spare time, he enjoys caring for his reptiles, spending time with his friends and family, and staying active in the gym

Ranae is starting her first year of massage school at Wellington College of Remedial Massage this fall. Ranae was surrounded by sports her entire life and competitively played soccer and volleyball for over 5 years. Having this first-hand experience in sports and injuries, helped fuel her passion in helping people feel better about themselves and being more comfortable in their own bodies. In her spare time,
Ranae loves to read, play the guitar, and go to the gym or play soccer and volleyball with her friends.

Kevin Nicholson
Meet Kevin! A Health and Fitness specialist at Recharge.
Kevin is currently enrolled in his 4th year at the University of Winnipeg in the Athletic Therapy program, building off of a Bachelor of Physical Education (Hons.) previously obtained from Brock University.
With his diverse experience, coupled with Kevin's involvement in athletics as a soccer player for 10 years, he can provide a unique perspective of both trainer and athlete. With this duality of perspectives, Kevin yields the ability to understand the day-to-day needs of his clients in a fluid manner. This can be observed through his work during sport-specific rehabilitation scenarios and his knack for addressing the non-physical needs of his athletes as trusted sideline support.
In Kevin's time away from the field, he enjoys engaging in parkour, pool, and gaming, with hopes of coupling his profession and passion in the Esports industry.

Meet Princess, An Administrative Assistant at Recharge!
Princess is a student at the University of Manitoba, currently studying in the Faculty of Science. She has three years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and Data Processor, and has volunteered for over 150 hours in sports teams, events, and Manitoba's election. Additionally, she is certified in first aid and CPR.
Princess possesses exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, which allow her to effectively convey her ideas and connect with others. She not only demonstrates a deep understanding of various subjects but also maintains a high level of professionalism in her interactions. Her dedication to her work is truly admirable, as she consistently puts in the effort and goes the extra mile to ensure success. Her cheerful and delightful personality brings joy and positivity to any environment, making her a valuable asset to our team.
